DataSpace Industries Service Guarantee
New parts and/or systems are guaranteed for 90 days from the date of purchase.
Used parts and/or systems are guaranteed for 30 days from the date of purchase.
We will honor the hardware guarantee by providing a replacement part or system as needed to restore functionality to the system.
Software repair services are not guaranteed, due to the dynamic nature of the work and the hardware that supports it. However, we are open to discussion and will provide followup services for any software service work that the customer feels did not deliver the result as documented on the invoice. In some cases it may be determined that the actions of the customer subsequent to the software repair are the cause of a continued software issue.
Software development projects are guaranteed to the extent of the agreed upon functionality within the hosting environment utilized at the time of development. Due to the evolving nature of computers and the internet, software projects and hosting servers will require ongoing updates at some point in the future in order to maintain compatability with the changing digital environment. We feel that the hours we utilize applying required updates to hosted software are billable at our routine rates.
Overall we strive to facilitate optimum productivity for our customers and are open to discussions and negotiations towards that goal.
