Hardware Retention Policy
In order to mitigate instances of misunderstandings in regard to customer hardware left at the DSI service location for extended periods of time, the following policy is implemented:
Any hardware left at the DSI service location for a period of greater than 90 days from the date that it was first left at the DSI service location, as documented by the job note intake date or other relevant documentation, will become property of DSI unless a specific exception is provided in writing by DSI management staff.
