To our esteemed and valued customers of DataSpace Industries:
Due to an increase in our production workload, as well our commitment to maintaining the highest quality of performance and finished product for our customers, DSI has implemented a new Rush Policy.
The intention of this policy is to provide balance and compensation in the event that the demands of one project are put ahead of another under circumstances of critical deadlines coupled with late provisioning of direction and/or source materials. This change is necessary to maintain our increased productivity while providing consistent and outstanding quality of service for all of our clients.
The Rush Policy will be in effect as of August 20, 2010.
DSI RUSH POLICY:
All job requests for changes to be completed by end of workday at 4:00 PM to an already existing project that are received after 11:00 AM of that same day will incur a rush fee equal to 30 minutes of labor. This category of job request will be known as a "rush request".
- Any rush requests for completion within two hours time on the same day as the initial request will incur a rush fee equal to 60 minutes of labor.
- Each separate rush request by phone, email or in person shall incur a rush fee. For example, if there are three separate rush requests received at three separate times in the same work day, each separate rush request shall incur a separate rush fee, regardless of the number of projects involved.
- All direction and source materials required to complete requested services must be received by DSI at time of initial rush request. Rush requests will not be fulfilled if the source materials are received late.
- If the rush request requires more time than available in that work day, then the client will be notified. At this point the client may choose to still request the work to be completed as quickly as possible and will incur the rush fee, or the client may decide to cancel the rush request and approve the job to be completed by DSI within the normal job schedule.
